Digital Marketing Specialist

Core Responsibilities:
Routine Website Update Management (via WordPress)
Key areas of focus:
- Updating (pre-written) blog posts to the site
- Updating the site with (pre-written) success stories
- Refreshing (pre-written) copy to sections of the site
- Updating the site with NEW Press Releases
- Updating the site with upcoming events
- Sending and managing trouble tickets for website to our 3rdparty agency
- Working with VP of Marketing and 3rdParty agency on design updates, and SEO optimization of site.
- Making additional routine updates as needed
- Track website engagement stats via Google Reports
Google My Business Monitoring and Updates (via Google My Business)
Key Areas of focus:
- Monitor all feedback and reviews on Google My Business
- Update each locations info, with new photos, and engaging updates
- Cultivate 4–5-star reviews via customer outreach
Social Media Management and Tracking (via Hubspot and Socialbble)
Key areas of Focus:
- Schedule Social Posts via Hubspot
- LinkedIn daily post (1 per day)
- Twitter daily posts (4 times per day)
- Facebook weekly posts (3 times per week)
- Instagram weekly posts (3 times per week)
- YouTube (posts dependent on video content – frequency TBD)
- Conduct Social Listening (via Hubspot) to understand what is trending in our industry
- Manage Socialbble and drive employee Social engagement via the tool
- Track weekly and monthly engagement stats for all platforms
- Track and compare our engagement via Social to our competitors
Email Marketing Campaigns (via Hubspot and Showpad)
Key areas of Focus:
- Work with Data Team and VP of Marketing to pull lists for email campaigns
- Schedule, push and track bi-weekly email blasts to targeted clients
- Work with VP of Marketing to create a Nurture email flow
- Conduct A/B testing on email blasts to see where highest level of engagement sits
- Work with VP of Marketing to create email templates for reps in Showpad
- Track engagement and reporting
Requirements:
- 2–4-year marketing degree preferred
- 3-5 years of B2B Digital Marketing experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Wordpress
- Strong working knowledge of Hubspot or equivalent Marketing Automation Tool
- Passion for creativity and storytelling
- Good writing skills (American English)
- Mid-Level Skillset in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Very organized and Driven
- Self-Starter / Can work in a team and as an independent contributor
- Desire to learn and learn new areas of marketing as position evolves.
