Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for user password resets, user creation and deactivation, and user group membership management.
  • Responsible for carrying out backup and recovery functions, and monitoring the performance of servers at all times.
  • Responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of various types of hardware and software.
  • Responsible for administering and maintaining system accounts through Active Directory. 
  • Responsible for storage management as well as network discovery and assessments.
  • Ensuring firewall and intrusion prevention system monitoring is observed at all times as well as its management.
  • Other tasks may be assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have to be on top of the latest developments in technology so that they can understand how to work with new hardware and software
  • Candidates must have the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on servers and other related devices
  • Critical thinker and is a team player
  • Can start ASAP
