- Create, follow-up, and close incident support tickets.
- Create and modify knowledge documents related to performed work.
- Answer and Triage all calls based on severity and impact.
- Manage Active Directory, support/troubleshoot Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, etc.
- Ability to manage/administer Office 365 applications (Exchange Online)
- Support and troubleshoot printers and print servers
- Allocate Folder Permissions (drive mapping, etc.)
- Smartphone Configuration (Airwatch, Xenmobile support a plus)
- Follow Security Protocol
- Line of Business support/troubleshooting
Required Skills Needed
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional team player who follows company guidelines
- Basic networking familiarity with 1 – 3 years of technology experience
- Network+ and/or Security Plus Certified ID preferred
- M365, MCSA and MCSE Certified preferred
- Experience with Microsoft and Mac Products
