Executive Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities & Skills:
• Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
• Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
• Quote basic IT hardware/software products by collaborating with vendors and clients.
• Assisting with onboarding calls, follow up with internal team/contractors/vendors on
• Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation.
• Helping prepare for meetings
• Accurately recording minutes from meetings
• Assist with Social Media publishing and content curation tasks
• Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and
• Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions and distributing them as needed
• Making travel arrangements
• Opening, sorting and managing incoming emails and other correspondence
• Provide general administrative support
